Requirements

Recent graduate with a Masters or Bachelors degree in Optical Engineering
Possess ideally less than two years of relevant experience 
Possess good communication skills (English or Chinese) 
Able to work under pressure 
Possess good time management skills 

Skilled in using one of 3D software : AutoCAD/Proe/Solidworks/Catia/UG

Skilled in using one of Optical software : Lighttools / Lucidshape / Speos / code V / Zemax
